Shipping & Returns


All in stock items ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday.  Depending on carrier service, there may be shipments on Saturdays.

All furniture shipping varies depending on availability. If website shows the piece in stock it will ship within 5-7 business days.  

For in store pick ups, you will receive an email notification once your item is ready and you may pick up anytime during business hours.

Shipping is a flat rate $9.99 under $50. Furniture is quoted depending on product and pieces. All strollers and car seats ship free.


Purchases are available for full refund of purchase price (some exclusions apply, see below) less any shipping charges if returned in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Products that received “Free Shipping” on original order will have actual shipping costs deducted from the return prior to refund. Product not returned in original packaging and original state will be assessed a restocking fee of 15%-30%. Consumer is responsible for all return freight.

The following types of products (once opened) will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances due to hygienic and or safety concerns: feeding accessories, pacifiers, mattresses, bedding products, (and other products come into contact with body fluids and direct skin contact).

Car seats are NOT returnable under any condition, whether opened or unopened.
